The famous Merritt Bookstore is right across the road.

We are diagonally across from the Post Office, which is right next to the Millbrook wine and liquor store.

On the corner is the Millbrook Bank and the renowned Alicia Adams’ beautiful alpaca inspired creations.

Not to mention the landmark and famous retro Diner.

St. Joseph Church, Grace Church, Lyall Federated Church and Alan Funeral Home is in a 5-minute walking distance.

Conveniently close to The Millbrook Winery, Millbrook School, Omega Institute, Orvis, Innes Free Gardens, Carey Institute, Walk over the Hudson, Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Weatherly Garden Estate, FDR Estate, Vanderbilt Estate, Duchess County Fair Grounds, Lime Rock.

The Space

Located on the second floor with its own private entrance and three bedrooms - The Bennett Room, Merritt Room and the Halcyon Room, with two queen beds and one double bed. 

**Please note: The 3rd bedroom - The Halcyon - is an interleading room and access is through the Merritt room.  

Good for families with teenage children or good friends.

Private bathroom with marble vanity and walk-in shower, complete with radiant underfloor heating under marble floor.

A kitchenette which is suitable for small meals, to make tea or coffee. it is equipped with crockery, cutlery, wine and champagne glasses.

PLEASE NOTE: 

For bookings longer than one month, a two-plate stove and a grill/Air Fryer, toaster are available in the kitchenette upon request. This is well suited for small simple preparation of meals.

• Children - Infant to 12 years old cannot be accommodated.

• $45 for additional guests over 4 people per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 15 days before check-in. 
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
